After spending seven years on a 5 acre farm in East Austin, the food truck that serviced the unique farm to table dining experience was given a makeover and relocated to Driftwood, TX, 25 miles southwest of downtown Austin. The Eden West menu offers guests a local taste of fresh ingredients and incorporates the sotol plant.
